Domestic Shipping (Inside the UAE):
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping within the UAE for orders totaling 200 AED or more.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders less than 200 AED, a flat shipping fee of 18 AED will be applied at checkout.
Delivery Time:
- Our team is committed to processing and dispatching orders promptly.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within the UAE.
Returns for Damaged Items:
For returns of damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at help@firstimemom.net within 7 days of item reception. We will arrange for a return, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns for Non-Damaged Items:
For returns of non-damaged items, a deduction of 18 AED will be made from the return credit to cover the return shipping cost.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the UAE. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at help@firstimemom.net.

Return/Exchange Policy
At First Time Mom, we want to ensure that your experience with our products meets your expectations. If you find the need to return or exchange a product, please review the following guidelines:
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our dedicated customer service team via email at help@firstimemom.net within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Provide Information: In your email, include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the product.
- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
- Return Items: If approved, a pickup will be initiated. Ensure that the products are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping cost: for returns of non-damaged items, a deduction of 18 AED will be made from the return credit to cover the return shipping cost.
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Exclusions:
Personalized/Customized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized or customized items.
Refund/Exchange Process:
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned product.
Defective/Damaged Items:

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account, and contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary.
